ROGERS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN SHEBOYGAN IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE AN OPENING FOR A SUPPORTIVE LIVING COORDINATOR (CNA/CBRF CAREGIVER) IN OUR NEW SUPPORTIVE LIVING HOME. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO JUMP START YOUR NURSING, THERAPIST OR BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST CAREER, THIS IS A FOUNDATIONAL ROLE AT ROGERS THAT HAS A CLEAR CAREER PATH FOR YOUR FUTURE.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ROLE:
- No ADLS - more time to focus on spending your day providing companionship, guidance, and de-escalations techniques to your patients.
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to have successful patient outcomes by reporting and recording patient behaviors, interactions, vitals, and responses to interventions.
- Paid orientation and training provided, receive 3 weeks of formal training including assistance obtaining certifications.
- Great opportunity for students-lots of space to gain more skills or work on your studies while your patients are away for the day/night.

PRN- M-F
THURS-MONDAY EVENING/NIGHT HOURS
WEEKEND ONLY 9AM TO 9PM- BENEFITS ELIGIBLE!
WEEKEND ONLY 1230PM TO 1230AM-BENEFITS ELIGIBLE!
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Must have experience in public or private institutional care for the type of population the residence serves.
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification is required within 30 days of employment start date
- NARCAN certification required during onboarding.
- CPR certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
- Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and have a good driving record.
- Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
- Must be able to complete 2 weeks of full-time training that occurs during normal business hours.
- Training is located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided.
