TITLE: TECHNICAL FIELD SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE TYPE: CONTRACT TO DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY! LOCATION: NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14303

Seeking an experienced Technical Field Services Representative for our clients' Pulp & Paper Segment. This role supports the application and sales of all chemistries used in paper manufacturing industries, identifying and applying the most effective chemical applications used in all stages of the paper manufacturing process.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Working closely with the existing Sales group to direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales and profitability margin targets.

• Developing profitable business with designated account(s).

• Expanding profits, market position / share, introducing new products / solutions to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients. Supporting the development of demand forecast in assigned area.

• Retaining long-term customer relationships with established accounts projected to generate future sales and repeat business.

• Managing trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims.

This position supports customers in the NIAGARA FALLS/NY & SOUTHERN ONTARIO CANADA area, with some travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree level and/or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering. 3-5 years experience in the paper industry, is preferred

• Experience in the following areas preferred: Packaging & Board making operations, retention and drainage chemistries, microbiocides, general wet-end paper machine applications

· Proven field service experience

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service Feed & Delivery equipment

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

· Knowledge of customer HSE and Process Safety regulatory requirements

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record in assigned geography
