Job / Position Summary: Peak Ryzex is looking for a Mobile Device Staging Specialist to work in our production environment, troubleshooting mobile devices! Great candidates will have a strong attention to detail but do not need to have prior experience in this field. Customer orders and process documents will guide the day to day work! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepare work areas for the day's activities. - Read and follow process documents for configuring devices. - Configure, process, stage, kit and audit devices per requirements. - Keep areas clean and organized to ensure proper delivery and accurate orders. - Pack and prepare devices for shipment. - Inspect and confirm accuracy of devices. - Unload, load and unpack boxes. - Work in internal software systems to support daily activities. - Email shipping, timing, delays, and delivery notifications, to team lead for escalation Execute provisioning activities including spare device management, kitting, activations, container labeling, asset tag management, pre-staging, installation of images on devices and quality control adherence. - Capture all required product identifier data elements as requested (e.g., ESN, IMEI, MAC, etc.). - spare parts or accessories as directed or required. Required Qualifications (Education & Experience): - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Experience in the data capture/mobile industry working within a troubleshooting and provisioning facility, using Lean Productivity & 5S methodologies a plus but not required! - Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Power BI and Microsoft Teams - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated ability to follow procedures. - Flexibility to monitor multiple concurrent tasks to meet agreed deliverables and deadlines. - Demonstrated extreme attention to detail, follow directions and maintain accurate documentation. - Ability to work flexible hours, to meet variable customer needs. - The ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment. - Ability to maintain a positive attitude. - Ability to react quickly, adjust, adapt and redirect activities in a dynamic environment. Physical Demands of Job: - Staging lab environment, 50% standing/walking. 50% sitting. - Subject to varied temperatures. - Must be able to lift boxes up to 50lbs. - Fast paced environment
