Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Peak Vascular Access, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, and ultimately, driving business opportunities through the sales funnel. This role is a key link between our marketing and sales teams, with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads and converting them into qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Prospect Qualification: Engage with potential clients to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process, ensuring that they align with our ideal customer profile.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their pain points, needs, and objectives, and positioning our solutions effectively.
Sales Funnel Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects, track interactions, and manage the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Product and Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and initiatives, providing feedback on lead quality and optimizing lead generation strategies.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of different lead sources.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (industry experience a plus).
