    The Onsite Staffing Recruiter helps assign employees whose skills match customers' needs. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates in accordance with client needs and objectives.
    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information on opportunities and benefits to prospective candidates.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
    • Maintain recruiter database daily to supply information to leadership.
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

    RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

    • Recruiting and interviewing skills.
    • Multi-application recruiting method knowledge and skills.
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Supports workplace diversity.
    • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
    • Excel, Word, Power Point, and database skills a must.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
    • Experience recruiting in manufacturing industry environment
    • High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
