Job duties:
• Developing a list of successful individual and company/group prospects and marketing to them by hosting “trunk shows” at law offices, banks, financial advisors, country clubs, whiskey lounges, cigar lounges, real estate offices, insurance agencies, charitable events, trade shows, private events, etc.
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct web based or face to face meetings with customers at their office or at the Pearce Bespoke Charlotte location to review the client’s current wardrobe and present new selections.
• Measure clients and learn about their style preference (Our team will train you).
• Guide clients on style selection (Our team will train you).
• Provide outstanding customer service, reflective of our perfect fit guarantee.
• Continuously meet and exceed sales targets by selling bespoke suits, sport coats, shirts and trousers to new and existing customers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field is preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience
• Strong consultative skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• No clothing experience needed
• No sewing experience needed
Job Type: Full-time, part-time
Salary: Commission pay ranging $80,000-$100,000 annually per typical first year rep
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
