    Who We're Looking For

    Our Digital Marketer will be responsible for refining and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that promotes our cutting-edge AI solutions to the dental industry. Your primary focus will be on PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn. You will also help support our email marketing efforts to maximize conversions for middle- and bottom-of-the-funnel leads.

    • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
    • Create engaging and effective marketing content, including ad copy and visuals, utilizing your expertise in graphic design and copywriting.
    • Manage and refine email marketing strategies, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and analytics to enhance engagement and conversions.
    • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and offer strategic recommendations to improve results and ROI.
    • Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels.
    • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and email marketing campaigns.

    • Proven track record of creating effective digital marketing content and managing successful digital campaigns.

    • Strong copywriting skills with a particular focus on short form messaging, CTAs and email copy tailored to diverse audiences.

    • Competency with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, etc) to work in collaboration with designers developing and iterating on marketing creative.

    • Proficient in paid media performance analysis with an ability to derive meaningful insights from PPC platform and CRM platform data sets.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.

    • Experience with Hubspot and Asana

    • Experience with social media marketing

    • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in companies with AI-focused products

    • Experience in dental/healthcare, technology, or enterprise software
