CUSTOMER SALES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Pearl and Hoyt is hiring a Customer Sales Account Representative to handle internal customer service and sales for our client . This job involves one on one sales interactions with retail customers. We are an authorized seller of Inspire Clean Energy. Inspire is a mission-driven clean energy technology company that provides consumers with access to 100% clean energy for their homes. Inspire's mission is to transform the way consumers access clean energy and accelerate a net-zero carbon future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SALES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Work within a retail setting directly with customers to handle all sales and customer service
• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Work with customers 1 on 1 to determine how to better serve their energy needs
• Conduct product presentations with business owners
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a great customer experience
• Educate and engage customers through 1:1 consultations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 to 3 years of Sales Experience
• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service Experience
• Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Experience preferred
• Great Student Mentality
