Job Description:

In this position you be responsible for working on our sales team to increase revenue, create brand loyalty and bring new customers to our client. As our client expands into new markets, you will learn and work with the ins-and-outs of business development, consulting, market expansion, sales strategy, and high-performance lifestyle. Our company works with one of the largest energy firms in the country who are looking to expand aggressively. We need a driven candidate to help drive revenue quickly by bringing in new customers, and then helping to replicate this in other markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (in progress OK) Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

Strong leadership and negotiation skills Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively

Ability to build rapport with clients and market directors.

Deadline and detail-oriented Self-motivated Full time availability (evenings and weekends)

Personal/reliable transportation

Must be looking to grow long term with a company

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with hands-on training.

The compensation range is between $45,000 to $55,000+ year to start; the package includes hourly pay with an opportunity to make uncapped commissions.
