Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Catering/ Bakery Manager to join our team. As the Catering/ Bakery Manager, you will work closely with our General Manager and Catering Managers to ensure a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include taking catering orders, custom order consultations, wedding tastings, sending emails, creating quotes, helping walk-in customers, packaging orders, and help leading our FOH team. A successful Catering Manager must provide excellent customer service and have strong organizational abilities. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure successful events and happy customers in order to grow our business.
Responsibilities:
Custom order consultations.
Plan event menus while keeping the client’s requirements in mind
Replaying to emails and creating quotes.
Assist walk-in customers with purchases.
Train and manage FOH staff.
Package and expedite orders.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a manager in hospitality or food service
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills
Experience creating menus for events.
Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as necessary
Education in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required
