JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, equipment, and kitchen.

• Washing baking pans, utensils, and food containers in 3 compartment sinks.

• Putting away food deliveries.

• Sweeping and moping the kitchen and dining room areas

• Taking out trash and breaking down cardboard boxes.

• Other general cleaning responsibilities.
