    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive that will focus on introducing our revenue cycle management products to multi-location dental service organizations (DSOs) and group practices. The primary function of this role is to grow revenue through new customer acquisition. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, providing demos, negotiation, and closing.

    You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to position new products, execute on new campaigns and provide customer product feedback.

    What You'll Do

    • ** Own full sales cycle:** You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting activities, to securing initial meetings, providing demos, managing pilots (proof of concepts), and navigating contract negotiations.

    • Create pipeline: You’ll be responsible for developing new pipeline through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, Linkedin messaging and other creative prospecting strategies.

    • **_Manage opportunities & forecasts: _**You’ll maintain an accurate account of current and long-term pipeline and forecast in Hubspot and report on performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

    • ** Communicate:** You’ll communicate customer feedback and product ideas to our Product team and be responsible for communicating POC success criteria and objectives to Sales Engineers and Customer Success.

    Qualifications

    • ** Hungry and Professional.** You are hungry and eager to solve customer problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You look forward to jumping on the phone and enjoy the process of hunting just as much as you enjoy the outcome.

    • ** 3+ years of experience in software sales (ideally in B2B SaaS or Dental).** Proven record of hitting quota, exceeding pipeline creation targets, and managing sales engagements from lead to close.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to test, iterate and improve verbal and written messaging for demo presentations, cold calls and email campaigns.

    • ** Willing to roll up your sleeves.** Taking the initiative is second nature to you. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of new initiatives to develop opportunity pipeline.

    • Based in Santa Barbara, CA. You will work at Pearly's office in downtown Santa Barbara, California. This is not a remote position.
