You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and help make your client’s real estate goals a reality! Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads and help them build a plan to accomplish their real estate goals • Identify and troubleshoot potential challenges for clients during the selection process and throughout their home purchase • Build lasting relationships with prospective clients by listening and helping them achieve their goals • Maintain a database of relationships - perspective buyer clients Qualifications: • Ability to build relationships with people you haven't met before • Strong phone communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented • A strong desire to achieve your goals • Real estate license Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
