week, daily hours flexible to core business hours, but must be able to
work M-F RECRUITMENT/ NEW HIRE PROCESS: * Participating in recruitment
efforts for exempt, non-exempt, union postings * Posting job ads and
organizing resumes and job applications * Conducting phone screens,
scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process * Ensuring
background and reference checks are completed * Preparing offer letters
- Preparing and collecting new hire paperwork, preparing new employee
files * Orientation, coordinating the setup of a designated log-in,
workstation, email address, etc. PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION: *
Providing customer service and answering questions to organization
employees * Compiling ADP reports and spreadsheets and preparing
spreadsheets RECORD MAINTENANCE: * Maintaining current HR files and
databases, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions * Maintaining
records related to Union grievances * Performing file audits to ensure
that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained *
Creating and distributing documents * Processing incoming mail To
