    Position Overview

    We are looking for a friendly, reliable, team-oriented person to join our fun & fast-paced team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a genuine love for animals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

    As a Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our clients and their beloved pets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care, attention, and support throughout their visit.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and positive manner
    • Answer phone system and direct calls accordingly
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Check patients in* the hospital according to schedule and prepare patient files
    • Scan or otherwise record medical records
    • Keep lobby and reception areas organized and neat
    • Obtain deposits and other payments from clients
    • Process credit applications
    • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
    • Use email system

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
    • Knowledge of basic veterinary procedures, terminology, and products is a plus.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for appointment scheduling and record-keeping.

    Education and Experience

    • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related environment
    • High School Diploma/GED

    Required Part-Time Hours:

    • Monday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
