In this role, you’ll design and lead therapy programs that support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

Responsibilities
Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
Provide home programming and family education
Recommend modifications to work or living environments
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Conduct training on therapy techniques
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
Support research and community education projects

Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist license (CA)
Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
CPR certification & annual TB skin test
