This role offers an opportunity for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become a key part of a PT-owned growing pediatric clinic in Batavia. What You’ll Do
Deliver pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT
Manage a consistent caseload primarily based in-clinic in Batavia, IL
Collaborate closely with supervising OTs and multidisciplinary team members
Implement treatment plans, track progress, and complete timely documentation
Support a positive clinic culture through teamwork and communication
Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities
Contribute to the stability and growth of an independent Batavia-based therapy team
Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required
Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Pediatric experience required
Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising OTs
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience managing a pediatric caseload preferred
Interest in long-term growth within a clinic-based setting

Flexible compensation options:
Salary Range (Full-Time COTA): $57,000–$65,000, based on experience and independence
Pay Per Visit (Part-Time COTA): $42.50 per 60-minute visit
