We are currently seeking a cheerful, dependable, and patient-focused Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and help deliver exceptional care to every child we serve.

    As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you’ll support our doctors chairside during dental procedures, comfort young patients, and help create a fun and positive dental experience. This role is ideal for someone who is upbeat, organized, and genuinely loves working with children. You’ll play a key role in keeping our clinical area running smoothly while making kids feel safe and cared for.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures.
    • Prepare and set up treatment rooms with appropriate instruments and materials.
    • Greet and engage with young patients to help ease dental anxiety and build trust.
    • Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed.
    • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain infection control standards.
    • Record patient charting and treatment notes accurately in our dental software.
    • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
    • Maintain clinical cleanliness, restock supplies, and support overall team efficiency.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a dental assistant (pediatric experience strongly preferred).
    • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent on-the-job training.
    • Radiology certification and current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
