Position Requirements & Hiring Conditions:

Virginia State Radiation Safety Certification: Must possess or obtain this certification independently on your own as a condition of employment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Core Skills: Excellent communication, a gentle and approachable bedside manner, and strong attention to detail.

Shift Rotations: Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office are required.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment.

Help manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently.

Educate children and parents on proper dental hygiene practices.

Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Provide compassionate support to young patients to ease their anxiety.

Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
