Treatment Coordinator – Join a High-Energy Pediatric Dental Team
At Kids Teeth, we don’t do “typical dental visits.” We create a fun, positive, and seamless experience for kids and their families—and our front office team is a huge part of that.
We’re looking for a warm, confident, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator who can connect with parents, keep things running smoothly, and help families feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role—you are a key part of the patient experience and one of the most important voices in our office.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and connect with patients and parents—both in person and over the phone
Clearly present treatment plans so families feel confident moving forward
Explain insurance, benefits, and financial options in a way that’s easy to understand
Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Serve as the go-to contact for new patients treatment referrals
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances with professionalism and care
Keep detailed, accurate notes and stay on top of reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a dental or medical office (Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred)
Someone who is both personable and direct—you can build trust while confidently discussing finances
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator—both verbally and in writing
Positive, team-oriented, and dependable in a busy office setting
Comfortable using dental software (Open Dental is a plus)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (every other Friday off)
Two late evenings per month (1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 1:00–7:00 PM during the school year)
No weekends
Team members arrive prior to patient hours and stay until daily responsibilities are complete. Consistent, predictable schedule with built-in time off.
Why Kids Teeth:
Upbeat, supportive team culture
Fast-paced days that go by quickly
The opportunity to make a real impact on families and kids
A role where your personality and people skills truly matter
How to Apply:
If this sounds like a role you’d thrive in, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit for this position.
