Friendly Dental Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area. We are looking for a motivated provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and creating positive, comfortable experiences for children and their families.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs

Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and pediatric dental procedures

Deliver exceptional chairside care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for patients and families

Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care and scheduling efficiency

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active North Carolina dental license in good standing

Pediatric dentistry experience required

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program preferred

Strong communication and behavior management skills

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Compensation

Compensation: $1,400–$1,600 per day, based on experience

Bonus opportunities available based on production

Strong earning potential in an established practice group

Schedule & Employment Options

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Monday–Friday schedule

Daytime hours
