We’re hiring a Pediatric Dentist in Orlando, Florida who wants strong earning potential, a balanced four-day schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's oral health.

You’ll join a modern, pediatric-only outpatient practice providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children and adolescents. You'll benefit from established referral relationships, strong clinical support and a state-of-the-art environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.

• Office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Average of 18–24 patients daily

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active, unrestricted Florida dental license
• You have completed an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
• You're comfortable treating infants, children and adolescents
• You communicate effectively with children and families
• You thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
• Dentrix experience is a plus

• Production-based compensation up to 40%–45%, depending on experience
