    Providence Staffing is partnering with a highly respected private dental practice located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This practice is dedicated to delivering gentle, comprehensive, and child-centered dental care in a welcoming and fun environment for children and their families.

    This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with the flexibility to work only three days per week, while earning competitive compensation and making a lasting impact on young patients’ oral health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations for infants, children, and adolescents, including assessment of teeth, gums, and oral development.
    • Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, dental trauma, and malocclusions in pediatric patients.
    • Provide preventative care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene education.
    • Perform restorative and therapeutic procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and space maintenance.
    • Monitor growth and development of the jaw and teeth, identifying potential orthodontic issues early.
    • Counsel patients and parents on diet, oral hygiene habits, and injury prevention strategies.
    • Provide behavior management techniques and create a calm, friendly environment to reduce dental anxiety.
    • Collaborate with parents and guardians to develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
    • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
    • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred).
    • Active dental license in the state of Alabama, or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
    • Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach to pediatric care.
    • Proven ability to work with children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs.
    • Strong clinical skills and familiarity with child-specific dental equipment and materials.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive annual salary: $180,000 – $450,000, based on experience and credentials.
