The Smile Institute is a rapidly growing, doctor-owned specialty practice seeking a warm, high-quality Pediatric Dentist to join our team. Our pediatric department is thriving, and with a fully booked Friday schedule, we are excited to welcome a second doctor to support our expanding patient base.

This role begins with one weekday of your choice (Monday–Thursday) as your anchor day. As your schedule grows, there is a clear opportunity to add additional days over time based on patient demand — which has been increasing steadily.

To ensure a smooth, confident start, we offer a guaranteed daily minimum OR 35% of production — whichever is greater. This provides immediate financial stability with strong earning potential as your schedule builds.
