About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The compensation model is designed so that providers have income security while ramping up, with significant upside as collections grow.
Providers receive the greater of their daily guarantee or their percentage-of-collections compensation during the initial guarantee period. Dental provider guarantees are generally offered for approximately 3–6 months, depending on the individual situation.
Initial Daily Guarantee
The goal is for providers to ultimately exceed the daily guarantee through the collections-based compensation model, allowing earnings to grow with the success of the practice.
Additional Benefits
With an established pediatric patient base, a flexible 4-day schedule, strong compensation potential, and the opportunity to live in one of Arkansas's best-known outdoor and recreation destinations, this is a compelling opportunity for a dentist who enjoys working with children.
