A thriving pediatric dental practice in New Port Richey, Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join their well-established and community-centered team. While Pediatric Dentistry specialty training is preferred, the practice is open to a General Dentist with at least one year of experience in pediatric dentistry, provided they understand and are comfortable in a pediatrics-only clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a warm, welcoming environment
Diagnose and treat oral diseases in children and adolescents
Promote preventive dental practices and educate families on oral health
Develop and clearly communicate individualized treatment plans
Interpret diagnostic imaging and monitor oral growth and development
Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Commit to continuing education and best practices in pediatric care
Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient experience
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Completion of a pediatric residency or significant hands-on pediatric experience (minimum 1 year)
A passion for treating children and adolescents
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
