About the Position:
An established pediatric-focused dental practice in the Palm Harbor, FL area is currently seeking a General or Pediatric Dentist with a strong background in pediatric care. This opportunity is ideal for someone who not only enjoys working with children and young adults but also thrives in a collaborative and patient-first environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience treating pediatric patients and an understanding that this is a pediatrics-only position.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote oral health and preventive care for children
Diagnose and treat pediatric oral health conditions
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene and available treatment options
Develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor dental and facial development throughout childhood and adolescence
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive care
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
Stay current through continuing education and evolving best practices
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited institution
Active Florida dental license
At least 1 year of experience in pediatric dentistry; specialty training is a plus
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality
