As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist who shares our passion for creating positive dental experiences and delivering outstanding clinical care.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.

Diagnose and treat oral diseases while emphasizing prevention and education.

Perform restorative procedures, pulp therapy, stainless steel crowns, extractions, space maintainers, and preventive treatments.

Evaluate and manage dental emergencies.

Educate parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, growth, development, and preventive care.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.

Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic dental records.

Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and all state dental regulations.

Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor clinical staff when appropriate.

Required

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program

Active Maryland Dental License (or eligible for licensure)

DEA License

CPR/BLS Certification
