    Pediatric Home Care LPN – Trach/Vent Case | 36 Hours Weekly | $31/hr Starting Pay

    Location: Zanesville, OH 43701 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM Pay: Starting at $31 per hour

    Are you an experienced or motivated LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric home care opportunity? We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an infant patient in the home setting in Zanesville, Ohio.

    Patient Care Needs

    G-tube care and feedings

    Tracheostomy (Trach) care

    Ventilator monitoring and support

    Medication administration

    Skilled nursing assessments and documentation

    LPN Responsibilities

    Provide direct one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home

    Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function

    Follow physician orders and care plans

    Maintain accurate and timely charting

    Communicate effectively with family members and clinical team

    Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care at all times

    Pay & Benefits

    Starting pay of $31 per hour

    Weekly pay via direct deposit

    Qualifications

    Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

    Pediatric home care experience preferred

    Experience with G-tube, trach, and/or ventilator care preferred

    Ability to pass background check and drug screening

    Reliable transportation to patient home

    Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
