Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
As our Home Health HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner supporting employees and leaders throughout the employment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state employment laws.
Support employee relations by providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation to ensure a positive employee experience.
Assist with HR policy implementation, compliance initiatives, and performance management processes.
Help facilitate employee engagement, retention, and professional development programs.
Partner with Home Health leadership and the Corporate Recruiter to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Build relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and community partners to strengthen our clinical talent pipeline.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
Promote Dependable Nurses as an employer of choice through a positive candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of HR experience in healthcare, preferably in home health or hospice.
Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
