Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.

Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.

Requirements:

Current California LVN license and CPR certification.

Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
