    Position Summary

    We are looking for caring, reliable LPNs to join our pediatric team! You’ll provide direct one-on-one care to children in their homes or school environments—supporting families and making a difference in their daily lives.

    New nurses are welcome! We provide hands-on training and mentorship with an experienced RN to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

    Responsibilities

    Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes or schools

    Administer medications and treatments as ordered

    Monitor and document patient conditions and progress

    Communicate effectively with families, staff, and physicians

    Follow agency care plans and safety protocols

    Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation

    Requirements

    Current Pennsylvania LPN license

    Current CPR certification

    Recent PPD (Tuberculosis Test)

    Reliable transportation

    Compassionate and patient-focused personality

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    Pediatric or home health experience (but not required!)

    Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience

    Desire to work closely with children and families
