The Southern Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Georgia Pediatric Program.

This field-based position is ideal for an RN who enjoys caring for medically fragile children, values clinical autonomy, and seeks opportunities to build meaningful relationships with the families they serve. You'll provide individualized care in the home while working alongside a supportive, nurse-led leadership team.

Position Highlights

PRN with flexible scheduling

Individualized pediatric skilled nursing and RN supervisory visits

Clinical autonomy with the support of an experienced RN leadership team

Opportunity for additional visits and hours as our pediatric program continues to grow

Responsibilities

Complete admissions, annual assessments, and resumption of care visits

Conduct RN supervisory visits for pediatric clients

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in the home

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments

Educate families and caregivers

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Compensation

Up to $43 per hour

Qualifications & Compliance

Active, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Current negative TB screening within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience

Pediatric nursing

Home health or private duty nursing

Care of medically fragile children

Tracheostomy and ventilator care

G-tube/feeding tube management

Seizure management
