Pediatric LPN – 1:1 Night Shift Care (Thornville, OH)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a wonderful patient in the Thornville, Ohio area. If you’re looking to step away from large caseloads and focus on personalized, relationship-driven care, this role is for you.

Our pediatric patient is visually impaired and G-tube dependent, and their family is searching for a dedicated nurse who delivers skilled care with kindness, patience, and heart.

Position Details

Location: Thornville, OH

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour

Additional Opportunities: Other shifts available throughout Columbus and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care per the established Plan of Care

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care

Provide G-tube care and monitoring

Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Build positive, trusting relationships with the client and family

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license

1+ year of G-tube experience preferred (Willing to Train)

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray

Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
