About the Role:

Join ALWAYSNEAR HOME CARE LLC as a Pediatric LPN in Dunwoody, GA, where your passion for nursing meets the joy of caring for children. We are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services, ensuring that our young patients receive the best possible support in a loving environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer formula feeding through a G-Tube machine as prescribed by the physician.

Monitor the amount of times the child is experiencing acid reflux.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.

Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Willingness to undergo background checks.

Flexible availability to meet the needs of patients and families.
