Pediatric NP / PA

Join an integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Suburban community offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, and good school districts.

Join a collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians.  Currently 3 Pediatric providers.  Support patients with wellness check, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals.  Hospital-employed position.  Monday-Friday, no evenings/weekends.  Outpatient practice -  no inpatient service.  Average 25 patients p/day.  Light call required: 1:3 (phone consults only).  Cerner EMR. 

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Prefer 2 years pediatric experience
• Prefer PNP (Pediatric NP) certified (or willing to obtain)
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $130K
• Uncapped productivity incentives to $20k annually
• Signing bonus to $10k
• Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable)
• Significant loan forgiveness
• Generous PTO (5 weeks) plus holidays and sick pay
• CME ($3500 annually)
