Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Opportunity | Madera, CA

A well-established healthcare organization in Madera, California is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide high-quality primary care to children and adolescents in a modern outpatient setting. Position Overview
– Location: Madera, CA
– Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– Patient Volume: 18–26 patients/day
– Scope of Practice Includes:
– Well-child exams, sick visits, and sports physicals
– Immunizations, hearing/vision screenings
– Chronic condition management and family education
– Preventive care and health maintenance

Compensation & Benefits
– Salary starting at $140,000+, based on experience
– 15 days of vacation annually (increases to 4 weeks after 3 years)
– Paid sick leave and holidays
– CME: 5 days + up to $2,100/year reimbursement
