    Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Madera, California

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a mission-driven community health organization located in Madera, CA. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality, comprehensive care to children and adolescents in a primary care setting.

    You’ll be joining one of the most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the state—an award-winning, nonprofit system with a long-standing commitment to accessible and affordable care. The organization operates numerous medical and dental clinics, school-based programs, and outreach services that improve health outcomes across Central California.

    Position Details:

    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Patient Volume: Approximately 18–26 patients per day

    • Scope of Practice Includes:

      • Sick-child visits

      • Child wellness exams

      • School and sports physicals

      • Immunizations

      • Vision and hearing screenings

      • Management of acute illnesses and chronic conditions

      • Family education and preventive care guidance

    You will be part of a supportive, collaborative pediatric team working in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes quality, continuity, and compassion.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary: Starting at $140,000+ annually, commensurate with experience

    • Vacation:

      • 15 working days per year, increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

      • Accrual policy based on organization guidelines

      • All unused, accrued vacation is paid upon separation

    • Sick Leave: Provided in accordance with organizational policy

    • Paid Holidays: Included per full-time provider handbook

    • Professional Fees:

      • State licensure, DEA, and one professional membership covered

      • Recertification expenses included

    • Continuing Medical Education (CME):

      • 5 days of paid CME leave annually

      • Up to $2,100 per year for approved CME expenses

    • Insurance Coverage:

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for the provider with family options available

      • Life insurance and long-term disability coverage included

      • Enrollment required within 30 days of hire

    • Retirement Plan:

      • 403(b) retirement plan

      • Employer match of 100% up to 5% of annual salary

    • Productivity Bonus:

      • $10 per encounter for patient visits exceeding 22 per day

      • Calculated and paid quarterly (must be employed at the time of payout)
