Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and autonomous Clinical Nurse to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care. In this role, you will perform complex nursing procedures, tailor interventions to specific clinical conditions, and provide compassionate, family-centered care to patients across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Perform professional nursing interventions and treatments based on physician orders, standards of care, and established clinical guidelines.
- Independent Practice: Exercise sound clinical judgment and professional expertise to prioritize tasks and complete assignments independently.
- Patient & Family Advocacy: Provide clinical, emotional, and educational support to individuals of all age groups and their families throughout the care continuum.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, current, full, and unrestricted RN license to practice in any U.S. State, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. Territory.
Required Certifications & Timeline
Active at Hire & Maintained Throughout Employment:
- BLS: Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association)
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association)
Required Within 6 Months of Hire:
- P-CAR: Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation
- NIHSS: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certification
