Balanced Care, LLC is seeking compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurses to join our growing team in the Greenville, SC area. We provide high-quality, enhanced nursing services to pediatric clients with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients requiring enhanced services

Deliver skilled care for clients with complex needs, which may include:

Tracheostomy care

Ventilator management

GJ tube care

Subcutaneous (SubQ) pump management

Monitor patient status, document accurately, and communicate effectively with families and the care team

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the client

Schedule

Varying shifts available:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday–Saturday: 10–12 hour shifts

(We offer flexibility for PRN and part-time availability.)

Requirements

Active South Carolina Nursing License (RN or LPN required)

Pediatric experience preferred, especially with trach/vent clients

Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Compassion and patience when working with medically fragile children
