About Us: Adaptations Unlimited is a mobile pediatric therapy practice providing OT, PT, Speech, and Developmental therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings across Northern Illinois. Founded by a clinician and proudly woman-owned, our practice started 18 years ago and has grown alongside the families we serve. We specialize in neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-centered care that supports children (and their families) within their natural routines. We’re expanding our OT team and actively seeking new graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Job Responsibilities:
Direct patient care- assessment, treatment of children in their natural environment
Contributing to writing IFSP at team meetings
Timely documentation of all services
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Illinois license
Illinois Early Intervention Credential (we will help you obtain )
