Job Summary
We seek an experienced, licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will meet new patients, assess their occupational needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also document all patient care, observe, and participate in treatment, and adjust goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate for this position can provide compassionate care to every patient and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Participate in Staff Meetings
Maintain CEUs and licensure.
Complete max plans of care each month or each week (e.g., Up to 9 times a month or up to 2x a week)
Reschedule canceled or missed therapy visits, and plan for holidays or future cancellations.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish and English (Preferred)
Active state license for practicing occupational therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong charting and documentation skills
One year of recent pediatric experience (preferred)
