    Your Role: As a key member of our team, you’ll:

    Provide evidence-based therapy to infants and toddlers in their home environments.

    Conduct evaluations, create family-centered goals, and educate caregivers on integrating therapy into daily life.

    Manage your caseload independently while ensuring timely, thorough documentation.

    Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to improving developmental outcomes.

    What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves:

    Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university + active CA license.

    Pediatric experience (0-3 years preferred)

    Knowledgeable in occupational therapy, interdisciplinary early-intervention theories, sensory integration and rehabilitation principles and practices.

    Knowledgeable in evidence-based practices found to benefit children with Sensory Processing Disorders (SPD).

    Warm, compassionate approach with strong family collaboration skills.

    Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines.

    Bonus Skills:

    Bilingual (Spanish)

    Background in early intervention

    Experience with pediatric feeding/oral-motor issues, screening for neuro referrals and bracing needs is also highly valued.
