Location: Teaneck (primary need) & Waldwick, NJ
Full-Time Schedule: 32-40 hours/week, including at least 3 evenings per week until 6:30 PM
Part-Time options: Afternoon/evening availability (3-7 PM) highly preferred
Patient Population: Children ages 0-18 with sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, fine/gross motor delays, and self-regulation needs. Wide variety of ages and diagnoses.
Caseload: 100% self-pay clients, with a strong referral base from local families, schools and physicians
Additional Opportunities: Access to aquatic therapy (if desired!) and other unique settings depending on client needs.
Occupational Therapists with an active or pending NJ license
Minimum 3 years of pediatric experience in a clinic, school, private practice, or home health setting
Niche expertise, or a desire to grow into a specific treatment area preferred (e.g., feeding therapy, sensory integration, aquatherapy, etc.)
A proactive, growth-minded clinician who thrives in a team-based, family-centered practice
Eagerness to work collaboratively across all disciplines (ST and OT)
Salary or Per Diem options (All W2 Employment) – Salaries typically range from $85k-$105k. Compensation negotiable depending on experience and certifications.
