About Us: At Kid Power Therapy, we believe in the magic of connection, play, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Our fun and collaborative team supports children and families through occupational therapy rooted in sensory integration, DIR Floortime, reflex integration, and whole-child approaches. We specialize in working with neurodivergent kids (birth - 22 years old) in a space designed to empower their growth — emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is:

Passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families

Experienced (or interested in training) in sensory integration, DIR/Floortime, and neurodiversity-affirming care

A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, creative, and supportive environment

Available for part-time or full-time work (flexible scheduling available!)

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (WI OT license required)

Pediatric experience preferred, new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork welcome

Strong communication and family-centered care skills
