Company Overview
Kindred Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas just down the road from the University of Arkansas, Go Hogs! We’re known for our collaborative, team-first culture and our strong relationships with families across Northwest Arkansas.
At Kindred, we believe great therapy happens when people work well together, communicate openly, and actually enjoy coming to work. Our team is built on five core values: connection, passion, excellence, collaboration, and enjoyment and you’ll see those show up in everything we do.
We take an interdisciplinary approach, meaning OTs, PTs, and SLPs are constantly collaborating, problem-solving, and learning from each other. We also prioritize continued growth through mentorship, certifications, and hands-on learning.
We’ve been serving this community for over 13 years and have built strong partnerships with pediatricians, specialists, and local organizations.
And yes, our therapy dog, Turtle, is part of the team. He specializes in greetings, morale boosting, transitions, and session support.
