At My Recess Therapy, we’re passionate about helping kids thrive and empowering parents — and that starts with helping our therapists thrive too. We’re seeking Occupational Therapists (all experience levels) to join our sensory based outpatient setting. We are located in Elgin, St. Charles, and have an amazing Outdoor Space in Geneva, IL.

My Recess Therapy is own and designed by a therapist! Our focus is creating a high level team for our community, community outreach and empowering our therapists ideas and growth.

Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours and caseload (10–28 hrs/week).

Competitive Pay & Benefits: $50–$60/hr W-2, health insurance options, PTO, 401(k), CEUs.

Mentorship & Collaboration: Work alongside seasoned and specialized OTs & SLPs— with personalized mentorship if you’re newer to pediatrics.
