This position is a part-time or contract position, with the opportunity to move to full time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

    • Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to children in a clinic-based setting

    • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills

    • Collaborate with other clinicians

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

    • Must be a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist in the state of IL (pre-licensed considered if you have applied for your license)

    • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric clients

    • Strong communication and time-management skills

    • Ability to work as a team and independently with clinical integrity

    Preferred (but not required):

    • Experience in common OT assessments

    • Knowledge on play-based approaches, reflex integration, sensory integration, fine motor delays, and overall developmental delay

    • Experience with working with children with common diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, etc
