Role Overview
Join a therapist-owned pediatric private practice in Batavia and help to shape it from the ground up. This practice was built in response to firsthand experience with therapist burnout, using those challenges as a guide for creating a healthier, more sustainable work environment.
Create consistency for families and a strong foundation for long-term success while being supported by an open-door policy with the owner, realistic productivity standards and a clinic that values therapist input on everyday practices.
As the clinic continues to expand, this position plays a key role in building a team with future opportunities to support the addition of speech and physical therapy services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an occupational therapist who is excited by growth, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact-whether through developing a stable caseload, contributing to clinic culture, or stepping into leadership or mentorship as the team grows.
