    A well-established pediatric therapy private practice in Culpeper, VA is expanding and seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join its growing team. This established practice growing rapidly to meet the demands of the community.

    As part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs, you’ll have the opportunity to choose where you deliver care across a variety of settings-including outpatient clinic, school-based, and in-home-based on your preferences and the clinic's needs. You'll work with a close-knit team (yes, they’re really all friends!) and enjoy leadership that has been awarded for excellence.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services in one or more of the following environments: clinic, school, or home-based early intervention

    • Collaborate closely with other disciplines on individualized care plans

    • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings

    • Have opportunities to engage with families and the community through inclusive events and sensory-friendly activities

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary Range: $66,560–$93,000 based on pediatric experience

    • Choose between salaried or fee-for-service compensation models

    • Reasonable productivity expectations!

    • Employer contributed medical, dental and vision

    • Generous PTO/sick time that increases with tenure

    • $1200 CEU budget

    • Flex-time policy allowing shifts in schedule without PTO use

    Qualifications:

    • A love for pediatrics and for working with other professionals

    • Virginia OT license required

    • Early Intervention certification in Virginia (can be completed via a free 3–10 hour online module if not already certified) if there is a desire to work with Early Intervention

    • New graduates welcome-mentorship is provided
