A well-established pediatric therapy private practice in Culpeper, VA is expanding and seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join its growing team. This established practice growing rapidly to meet the demands of the community.
As part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs, you’ll have the opportunity to choose where you deliver care across a variety of settings-including outpatient clinic, school-based, and in-home-based on your preferences and the clinic's needs. What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services in one or more of the following environments: clinic, school, or home-based early intervention
Collaborate closely with other disciplines on individualized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
Have opportunities to engage with families and the community through inclusive events and sensory-friendly activities
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $66,560–$93,000 based on pediatric experience
Choose between salaried or fee-for-service compensation models
Reasonable productivity expectations!

Flex-time policy allowing shifts in schedule without PTO use
Qualifications:
A love for pediatrics and for working with other professionals
Virginia OT license required
Early Intervention certification in Virginia (can be completed via a free 3–10 hour online module if not already certified) if there is a desire to work with Early Intervention
